Witam w moim buick'u regalu 2003 odsunięty do końca szyber dach się zablokował, naciskając klawisz do zamknięcia milczy kompletnie, naciskając do otwarcia tyka do odcięcia krańcowym, bezpiecznik cały... myślę przekaźnik tylko gdzie on jest , może ktoś posiada schemacik albo wiedzę jak są rozmieszczone w tym aucie ?

no ale czy napewno masz tam sterowanie szybera na przekaznikach? przewaznie role urzadzenia "odwracajacego napiecia" (czyli + z - zeby otwierac/zamykac) robi specjalnej konstrukcji przelacznik. moze on ci padl? to pstryczek przez ktorego plyna duze prady i czasem potrafi sie wypalic.

Ptaszku kochany,nie wiedziales ze Regal to kopalnia elektroniki? Tym steruje specjalny modul SunroofModule. jedyny schemat jaki mam to od 97 rocznika,ale mysle ze u ciebie jest bardzo podobnie.

Niestety,nie wiem ,bo nigdy nie mialem okazji tego naprawiac. Ale jak bede w sklepie z czesciami to zobacze w ksiazce Haynes ,moze bedzie podana lokalizacja dla twego rocznika.

Ksiazka podaje,ze modul ten jest zintegrowany z caloscia .A wiec szukaj go gdzies w tym szyberku. W przypadku usterki albo wymiany szyberka trzeba inicjalizowac uklad w/g ponizszej procedury : Initialization Procedure
Sunroof Motor/Actuator Initialization/Teach Process
New Sunroof Motor Actuator

Perform the Initialization/Teach Process any time a new sunroof motor actuator is installed in the vehicle.

Ensure that the electrical harness on the headliner is connected to the sunroof.

Press the sunroof switch to the close position until the window stops at the front hard stop in the fully closed position, then moves slightly back to the soft stop position. Release the switch. (This is the initialization portion).

Within 6 seconds, press and hold the close switch again. After 3 more seconds, the sunroof window will move toward the open position. This is the teach portion.

Continue holding the switch until the sunroof window moves back to the close and stops at the closed position. Release the button. The initialization/Teach procedure is complete.

Verify the operation of the sunroof.



Re-Initialization/Teach For The Original Motor

Perform the Re-initialization/Teach process any time the sunroof motor in removed from the sunroof.

Ensure that the electrical harness on the headliner is connected to the sunroof.

Press the sunroof switch to the close position until the window stops at the front soft stop in the fully closed position. Release the switch then press to the close position again and hold for 10 seconds or greater. The sunroof will then stall at the hard stop, and move back slightly to the soft stop position. Release the switch. (This is the re-initialization portion).

Within 6 seconds, press and hold the close switch again. After 3 more seconds, the sunroof window will move toward the open position. (This is the teach portion).

Continue holding the switch until the sunroof window moves back to the close and stops at the closed position. Release the button. The initialization/Teach procedure is complete.

Verify the operation of the sunroof.



If in the Initialization/Teach Process is not complete, the following actions must take place before the initialization cycle is done:


The sunroof switch is not held in the close position

The ignition and/or battery power has been removed

The glass panel has not reached the closed position


The Initialization/Teach Process must be restarted if the procedure is not carried out completely.
Removal & Installation
Motor

CAUTION
The sunroof actuator drive shaft turns in both directions and contains no limit switches. The sunroof actuator may be replaced with the window panel in any position.

Remove the headliner.

Remove the tie strap from the wiring harness.

Remove the screws from the sunroof motor/actuator.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the wiring harness.

Pull straight down to disengage the drive gear from the sunroof opening positioning switch (SOPS).

Remove the sunroof motor/actuator from the sunroof module.

To install, reverse removal procedure.



Switch
With Overhead Console

NOTE
The driver information center control module, and the power sunroof switch is serviced as a complete part.

Remove the screw from the front of the console.

The overhead console retainers are located on the switch side of the assembly.

Use a small, flat-bladed tool in order to release the 2 retainers. Press the retainers to the side to release the assembly.

Remove the overhead console from the headliner.

Disconnect the electrical connectors from the overhead console.

Remove the overhead console from the vehicle.

Remove the screws from the drivers information center module.

Remove the drivers information center module from the overhead console, containing the power sunroof switch from the overhead console.



Without Overhead Console

Grasp the power sunroof switch on the left and right sides.
NOTE
The switch must be rotated, pulled down on the left side, to be removed.


Use 2, small, flat-bladed tools in order to disengage the clips which are located at the front and rear of the power sunroof switch. Hold the flat-bladed tools parallel to the roof and push straight in.

Rotate the power sunroof switch toward the left side to disengage it from the mounting bracket and pull down.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the power sunroof switch.

Remove the power sunroof switch from the vehicle.
